<p style='text-align: justify;'>A large illuminated address, in Arabic, Persian, and Turkish, with the following subscription in English:</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>“Soliman Aga Envoy from His Highness the Pashaw of Bagdad to His Excellency the most Noble the Marquis Wellesly Governor General of India etc., etc.” “Calcutta, 20 September, 1804.” </p><p style='text-align: justify;'>The surface of this sheet is divided into six double compartments (twelve in all) of which the upper four contain an Arabic, the middle four a Persian, and the lower four a Turkish inscription, all beautifully written on a flowered and illuminated ground, the first and last in a large thulth hand, in gilt characters; the Persian in ta'liq , in black characters on a gold ground with floral illuminations. This last runs as follows:</p><p style='text-align: justify;'><br />کرد انشا مدارس علم و هنر و اعلا<br />یافته کمال و معرفت ادنا و اعلا<br />در هفت آسمان ملایک گشتن دعا گو<br />به لارد ولزلی کشورگشا<br />۱۸۰۴</p>
