BAAS</i> 34 (1864): lx–lxxv], Bentham [<i>Proc. Linn. Soc. Lond.</i> 8 (1864): ix–xxiii], and Murchison [<i>Rep. BAAS</i> 34 (1864): 130–6].</p>
