Part of the Vidduy Gadol of Rabbi Nissi of Nahrawan, apparently from a collection of piyyuṭim, some of which are by the same author. The rubric states: וידוי אכר לה איצא (‘another Vidduy also by him’). The poem is vocalised using essentially the standard Tiberian system. The most notable evidence of a non-standard pronunciation is the vocalisation of the noun בעת using two segols rather than two pataḥs. Ca. 11th-13th century.
