The writer reports that he has acquired a plot of low lying land (بقعة) in a place known as ابناج. He proposes to give half to the addressee to sew it with trefoil (لزرعه قرط) and requests him to send urgently what he can of the dues (فرايك حفظك الله فى تعجيل الكتاب الى بما يكفيها من الترسيم).
