Refers to גלגול שבועה and שבועת היסת, and quotes the Babylonian Talmud. The fragment is the final folio of the treatise and contains the following colophon: כאמל באמר אללה… לישועתך קויתי ייי ישע קרוב אמן אמן סלה.</p>
