<p style='text-align: justify;'>A modern Grantha manuscript containing the <i>padapāṭha</i> of two sections of the <i>Taittirīya Saṃhitā</i>: the whole 7th <i>kāṇḍa</i> (complete) and the first six <i>prapāṭhaka</i>s (out of seven) of the 4th <i>kāṇḍa</i> (folios 49 and 51 are missing). Vedic pitch accent is marked only in the 5th (and last) <i>prapāṭhaka</i> of <i>kāṇḍa</i> 7. The date (corresponding to October 8th, 1828 CE), the name of the owner (Kāvaśerisundara Śāstri) and the name of the scribe (Svāmi Veṅkaṭakuṟaḻaṇaṉ) are given in the colophon of <i>kāṇḍa</i> 7.</p>
