<p style='text-align: justify;'>Ff. 1r-v: legal document concerning financial claims from the sale of oil between Ṣedaqa b. Yaḥyā and Joseph b. Mawhūb. Mentions the witnesses David ha-Levi b. Aaron, Yefet b. David, Solomon b. Saʿadya and Mevoraḵ b. Ḥusayn. Signed by Samuel ha-Kohen b. Ṭalyon and Yešuʿa b. Ṣedaqa. Dated Ṭevet 1338 of the Seleucid Era (= 1026 CE). Ff. 2r-v: legal document concerning financial claims arising from a cancelled betrothal. Sulaymān b. Joseph demands 15 dinars from Ṭarib b. Joseph, the brother of the intended bride Sitt al-Dār b. Joseph, and a board of arbitration rules he has to pay 9 dinars. Signed by Samuel ha-Kohen b. Ṭalyon, Abraham ha-Kohen b. Aaron, Ṣedaqa b. Yaḥyā, Abraham ha-Parnas b. Mevasser, Solomon b. Saʿadya, Solomon b. Moses, Obadiah b. Solomon, and Yefet the cantor b. David. Dated Ṭevet 1338 of the Seleucid Era (= 1026 CE). </p>
