<p style='text-align: justify;'>Deed of conveyance in Hebrew regarding the transfer of part of a property in Al-Banā in the district of Faqqūs on the Nile (אלבנא הסמוכה לכך פאקוס) from Fawdīja (פודיגה) bat Ṣemaḥ. Fawdīja has inherited one third of a house from her father. She in turn gives one quarter of her third share in the house to her daughter and sells another quarter to her son-in-law for 3 dinars. Mentions Abraham b. Ḥananya, Ḡaniyya (גנייה) b. ʿAmram and ʿAmram b. Abraham. Dated Friday, Tišri 4759 (= 999 CE). Witnessed by Judah b. Israel the cantor, Jacob ha-Kohen b. Yešuʿa ha-Kohen, ʿEli b.
