<p style='text-align: justify;'>Recto: Arabic letter concerning the purchase of palm branches in Qalyūb, from ʿUmar b. ʿIwaḍ, addressed to the excellent qāḍī Ṣadr al-Dīn, who is notary in the dār wakāla (warehouse) of Qalyūb . Verso: beginning of a petition in Arabic and Judaeo-Arabic on behalf of the dyers of Qalyūb, with the Judaeo-Arabic part crossed through. This is followed by some calligraphic pen trials: קאל אלכזרי, קאל אלחבר taken from Judah ha-Levi's Kuzari.</p>
