<p style='text-align: justify;'>A notebook in the hand of the judge Nathan b. Samuel. F. 1r contains memorial lists mentioning a number of geonim and members of the house of Faḍlān. The rest of the fragment contains Nathan b. Samuel’s notes on the essentials of documents to be issued by him. The notes mention a large number of people, including Sitt al-ʿIraq bat Yaʾir, Sitt al-Banīn, Abū l-Maʿālī Nathaniel, Sitt al-Kull bat Mūsā, Abū l-Faḍl Joseph ha-Kohen b. Isaac, Mukāram b. Abū l-Faḍl al-ʿAsqalānī, Joseph b. Yefet b. Ḥayya, etc. The notes refer to years 1451-1452 of the Seleucid Era (= 1140-1141 CE).</p>
