<p style='text-align: justify;'>Letter from the Palestinian Gaʾon Solomon b. Judah, in his own hand, to Ephraim b. Šemarya in Fusṭāṭ, concerning the prisoners taken on account of the debt of 900 dinars placed on the community of Jerusalem. He also laments his personal poverty. The letter concludes on verso (upside down in relation to recto), and the empty space is filled with an additional text in a different hand, written upside down (Gil, 1983: one of the Gaʾon’s family members).
