Cavendish Laboratory : 38 MHz interferometer at the Lord's Bridge radio observatory

Cavendish Laboratory

The 38 MHz interferometer at the Lord's Bridge radio observatory was constructed to complement the observations made at the higher frequency of 178 MHz with the 4C and 4CT interferometers. This combination of source intensities provided spectral information about the properties of the radio sources.
