   "value": "<p style='text-align: justify;'>Sir James Chadwick was Rutherford's assistant director of research from 1921 to 1935. In 1932 he discovered the neutron, for which he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics three years later. In 1935 he moved to Liverpool University to become Professor of Physics. He played a key role in maintaining scientific collaboration between the UK and the USA throughout the Manhatten project. He was appointed Master of Gonville and Caius College in 1948.<\/p>"
