On its unusual Tiqqun Sofrim in Numbers 14:10 see Y. Ginsberg, <a target='_blank' class='externalLink' href='https://www.lib.cam.ac.uk/collections/departments/taylor-schechter-genizah-research-unit/fragment-month/fotm-2021/fragment-5'>'New Tiqqunei Soferim: T-S A4.10 and T-S D1.37'<\/a>. Ruled; overwritten. There is a wider use of rafe, which occurs, for instance twice on 'Israel', Numbers 14:10, יִֿשְׂרָאֵֿל. After the end of Numbers 12:16, there is a note of the number of verses in that seder, 136 (קלו).<\/p>"
