Sanskrit Manuscripts : Anuvākānukramaṇī

Kātyāyana

Sanskrit Manuscripts

The Anuvākapariśiṣṭa of the Vājasaneyisaṃhitā is "the fourth of the 18 Pariśiṣṭa-s of Kātyāyana. An index of the Ṛṣi-s, deities and metres of the verses of the Vājasaneyi-saṃhitā in the Mādhyandina school, including the Khila (Adhyāya-s 26-35) and the Śukriya portions (Adhyāyas 36-40)" (Parameswara Aithal 1991: 85). This manuscript is incomplete at the end, and most probably it has been written by the same scribe of Add.2079.2, with which shares many common features (script, paper and layout are almost identical).
