<p style='text-align: justify;'>Page from the notebook of the Fusṭāṭ Bet Din. Recto to halfway down verso is a continuation of the case in Add.3418, which concerns a dispute between Abū Yaʿqūb al-Ḥakīm ('the doctor') and Joseph al-Ṭarābulusī, and is dated there to November 1097 CE. It is translated in full in Goitein and Friedman (2008: 167-74). Signed by the scribe Hillel b. ʿEli, and the witnesses Abraham b. Šemaʿya the Ḥaver and Solomon ha-Kohen b. Joseph Av (Bet Din). Halfway down verso a second session is described, dated 4 Iyyar 1409 Sel. (= April 1098 CE), relating to the same case, dealing specifically with the textiles involved. This session is continued in Bodl. MS Heb. d.66.64, and is translated in full in Goitein and Friedman (2008: 184-6). Both records are in the handwriting of Hillel b. ʿEli.</p>
