<p style='text-align: justify;'>This fragment consists of two short quires and a number of individual folios from a Gospel lectionary manuscript copied in the years around 1500. It belongs to the briefer of the two main types, the "Saturday-Sunday" lectionary, giving the lections for Saturdays and Sundays only, except for Holy Week and the period from Easter to Pentecost, for which weekdays are also included.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>A note added to <a href='' onclick='store.loadPage(39);return false;'>f. 16r</a> by the priest Petros Kalitzes Ekrimerios records the death and burial in 1750 of one Aaron Franziskos.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>Dr Christopher Wright</p>
