<p style='text-align: justify;'>Excavation Notebook for May, June and July 1922 compiled by A.J.B. Wace, with rough notes and sketches, on the Chamber Tombs and Palace.<br />Records daily events, including arrivals and departures of workers. Chamber tombs mentioned include 521, 522, 516, 518, 519, 523, 524, 520, 515, 517, 514, 530, 531, 529, 532, 505, 533. Also the Tomb of Clytemnestra, Perfect Tholos, Lion Tomb, Epano Phournos Tomb, Cyclopean Tholos, Tomb of Aegisthus. Not indexed.<br />3 inserts: 1 letter dated 15 February 1924, and 1 envelope, from Mr Tryng Ross of Palo Alto, California, regarding Boar's Tusk helmets; 1 leaf of notes, written in pencil by A.J.B. Wace, on objects from earlier excavations at Mycenae, displayed in the National Museum of Athens.</p>
