<p style='text-align: justify;'>This manuscript, probably copied in the first half of the 12th century, is a large <i>Canon law</i> collection. The texts it contains include the so-called Apostolic canons, decrees of the Ecumenical Councils of the Church and of various other synods, and canonical letters and decrees by Fathers of the Church and later prelates. The latest of its contents is a decree by the Patriarch of Constantinople Sisinnios II, issued in 998.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>A few original folios lost from the parchment manuscript were later substituted with paper leaves, probably in the 15th century (<a href='' onclick='store.loadPage(249);return false;'>ff. 121-125</a>). Six folios detached from the right-hand end of the manuscript appear to have been missed when it was most recently rebound, and are now bound separately as MS Ee.4.29*.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>Dr Christopher Wright</p>
