<p style='text-align: justify;'>Emmanuel College, MS 12 was probably copied in the 11th or 12th century, and contains 16 homilies by the Patriarch of Constantinople, <i>John Chrysostom, <i>In Matthaeum homiliae (1-16)</i></i>. It is the first volume of a set of two, the second being Emmanuel MS 13, which contains homilies 16-24 and 30-35. Emmanuel MSS 12-15 contain homilies to the Gospel of Matthew by Chrysostom and share a common provenance and history, and were used by Frederick Field for his edition of the homilies (<a target='_blank' class='externalLink' href='http://solo.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/OXVU1:LSCOP_OX:oxfaleph013442762'>Cambridge, 1839</a>; see vol. 1, p.
