Medieval and Early Modern Greek Manuscripts
<p style='text-align: justify;'>Emmanuel College MS 33 is a <i>Miscellany of Greek texts</i> comprising four parts, some of which recur in <a target='_blank' class='externalLink' href='https://cudl.lib.cam.ac.uk/view/MS-EMMANUEL-00032/1'> Emmanuel College MS 32</a>.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'> Part I came from a larger manuscript of Pindar, the first part of which has been identified as <a target='_blank' class='externalLink' href='https://medieval.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/catalog/manuscript_1104'> Oxford, Bodleian Library, Barocci MS 46</a>.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>All three remaining parts consist of one quire each. Two of them come from manuscripts whose parts have been divided between Emmanuel MS 32 and 33. Part II is the sixth quire of a manuscript of <i>Alexandra</i> by Lycophoron, four quires are of which are now in Emmanuel MS 32 Part III (ff. 48r-78v). Part IV completes the Posthomerica by Quintus Smyrnaeus and should follow Emmanuel MS 32 Part VII, f. 166v.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>Dr Matteo Di Franco</p>
