David Jones : Letter from David Jones to Jim Ede: disappointing broadcast on David Jones by BBC Welsh radio

Jones, David, 1895-1974

David Jones

Disappointing broadcast on David Jones by BBC Welsh regional programmes, on 'Welsh Authors', presented by Raymond Garlick; most of the programme was about Dylan Thomas. David Jones will send a copy of Harman Grisewood's review of 'Anathemata' in the 'Dublin Review'. Jones believes that ' The Anathemata' will be slow to get reviews and notices. BBC 'Third Programme' to review it, possibly with Eddie Sackville West [music critic and author, 1901-1965] Glad that Herbert Read has been given a knighthood. From Northwick Lodge, Harrow-on-the-Hill.
