The writer wishes him recovery from his recent illness, and has been praying for his health. He sends greetings to Abraham’s son Yefet (Abū ʿAlī al-Ḥasan), who is to be married soon. The date is unknown but must be earlier than Abraham’s death in 1047 CE. Biblical quotations are vocalised. Verso: Part of a Karaite (engagement deed?) for David Yedidiah b.
