The purchaser is Mahīn, the <i>muwallad</i>, the freedman of the ’amīr and the vendor of Ja‘far ibn Muḥammad. Text opens: هذا ما امشترى مهين المولد مولى الامير اطال الله بقاه من جعفر بن محمد. Dated Jumādā I, 280 A.H. Closes with witness clauses, which seem to be autographs. </p>
