Two leaves from the dispersed 'Second Small' Shahnama, identified by Shreve Simpson as originating in Baghdad in c. 1300, though this remains uncertain. The dimensions of the two sheets are different: Ms. 3 has 29 lines (not 30), and the following measurements: 257 x 190 (page); 152 x 123 (text). On both folios, the text is on the verso side and the painting on the recto side.

See also under 'Dispersed' manuscripts.
