Sanskrit Manuscripts

A paper manuscript of the Tattvamuktāvalī by Pūrṇānanda Cakravartin. A Bengali scholar of Dvaita Vedānta, Pūrṇānanda was a student of Nārāyaṇa Bhaṭṭa and flourished in the 17th century or later (Sharma 1961: 236). This short polemical work is a refutation, in 122 verses, of the māyāvāda doctrine of Advaita Vedānta. This manuscript was, alongside a printed edition, the single manuscript used by E. B. Cowell in his edition and translation of the text published in 1873 (Journal of the Royal Asiatic Society, Vol. XV).
