<p style='text-align: justify;'>A modern manuscript of the <i>Devīmāhātmya</i>, which gives the text of the first six <i>adhyāya</i>s and breaks off in 7.19. This manuscript is characterised by a peculiar feature: the name of the owner and the title of the work are given on the mid-left margin of the recto of the first 23 folios, one syllable in each folio (apart from the first): venaki, ṭī, śva, ra, vā, ddhyā, r_, pu, tti, ra, n_, kṛ, ṣṇa, vā, ddhyā, r_, de, vī, mā, hā, tmyaṃ, gra, ndhaṃ |. When read continuosly, the sequence gives: venkiṭīśvara vāddhyār puttiran kṛṣṇavāddhyār devīmāhātmyaṃ grandhaṃ, "Kṛṣṇavāddhyār, son of Venkiṭīśvara Vāddhyār, Devīmāhātmyam text/book". Kṛṣṇavāddhyār is also the commissioner/owner of <a target='_blank' class='externalLink' href='http://cudl.lib.cam.ac.uk/view/MS-OR-02355/1'>MS-OR-02355</a>.</p>
