It was compiled by C. E. Courtney and approved by C. E. Collinge, the Men's Representative of the Camp; J. R. W. Collett, Commandant, North Area; John Weekley, Commandant, Central Area and M. H. Blacker, Commandant, South Area (12 sheets).</p>
