<p style='text-align: justify;'>This is a report of the findings of a commission appointed to accept evidence from internees who were arrested on 10 Oct. 1943, and tortured by the Japanese military police, in the mistaken belief that they had been involved in a raid upon Singapore Harbour. It is signed by S. N. King, Norman S. Alexander and W. L. Blythe. Two copies (7 sheets).</p>
