<p style='text-align: justify;'>A series of German astronomical tables, with either a translation or additional tables in English and in French. There is no given author for any of the sets of tables - perhaps this absence of an author implies that it would have been obvious to those using or reading the tables who they were made by.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>There is one <a href='' onclick='store.loadPage(1);return false;'> page (RGO 14/47:26)</a> of particular interest; a table for the “Dip in the Horizon” that has comparative tables for the “Height of the Eye" in English, French, Wienner and Rheinländische.</p><p style='text-align: justify;'>Sophie Waring<br />History and Philosophy of Science<br />University of Cambridge<br /></p>
