The recipient is praised for his many qualities, e.g. ‘he is expert with a scribal pen’. Verso: jottings in Hebrew (possibly part of a poem of praise) and Judaeo-Arabic, which include the names Muḵtār b. Ṣedaqa and Yefet b. Elʿazar. </p>
