Solomon ha-Kohen ha-Šofeṭ, Samuel ha-Kohen Roš ha-Qahal b. Avṭalyon, Abraham ha-Kohen b. Aaron, Abraham b. Mevasser and Yefet ha-Levi b. Ṭoviyya, dated Iyyar 4788 of the Era of Creation (= 1027 CE). F. 2r: release from debt by Samuel b. Moses b. Sahl for Manasseh b. Jacob Ibn al-Nihmī, 1339 of the Seleucid Era (= 1028 CE) in Fusṭāṭ. F. 2v: court record concerning affairs between Abū l-Maymūn b. Abraham, Bušr b. Ṣemaḥ and his wife, dated 1339 of the Seleucid Era (= 1028 CE); signed (?) by Yefet the cantor b. David. </p>
