Moses Roš ha-Qahal (known as Abū Naṣr b. Saʿdān). Mentions Joseph’s brother Yaḥya b. Isaac b. Josiah. Witnessed and signed by Yefet the cantor b. David, Samuel ha-Kohen b. Ṭalyon, Jacob (?) b. Mevasser, Ephraim he-Ḥaver b. Šemarya. In the hand of Yefet b. David. F. 1v: legal document concerning the financial claims of Yešuʿa the trustee (known as Abū l-Ḵayr) from Obadiah. Dated First Adar 1339 of the Seleucid Era (= 1028 CE). Signed by Abraham b. Mevasser and Yefet the cantor b. David, and in the hand of Yefet b. David. F. 2r: legal document in which Moses al-ʿAjamī Sulaymān b. Judah releases Daniel. Signed by Yefet the cantor b. David and David b. Ḥayyim. In the hand of Yefet b. David. F. 2v: legal document concerning the return of dowry items after the divorce of Fā’iza, daughter of Solomon b. Kaṯīr, and Barhūn b. Sahlān. In the hand of Ephraim b. Šemarya. </p>
