<p style='text-align: justify;'>Recto: short letter or note, to say the writer has not heard from someone who went to the citadel (al-Qalʿa) and did not return. Also mentions that al-Malik and Jamāl al-Din are busy preparing for the arrival of Ibn al-Jawz, and a query from R. Judah. Verso: legal document in which Abū l-Faraj b. Abū Naṣr Ibn al-Masōs testifies that he received a dinar (dīnār miṣrī) from Solomon ha-Nasi as debt repayment. Dated 1549 of the Seleucid Era (= 1238 CE). </p>
