<p style='text-align: justify;'>Recto: halakhic question (asking for a responsum) concerning an inhabitant of Fusṭāṭ who is caught desecrating the Sabbath. The court in Fusṭāṭ applied to the Gaʾon to decide on his punishment. Verso: signatures of witnesses, including David ha-Levi b. Aaron, Mevoraḵ b. David, Ṣibyān ha-Kohen b. Saʿadya, Faraḥ b. Dunaš, Yefet ha-Levi b. Ṭoviyya, Solomon b. ʿEli, Ḥayyim b. Manasseh and Solomon b. Saʿadya. </p>
