<p style='text-align: justify;'>Opening of a letter from Moses ha-Kohen (who puts his name at the top left: אלממלוך אלאצגר משה הכהן) to Menaḥem b. Isaac, who has a number of titles including ha-Rav ha-Gadol and ha-Nagid ha-Gadol. The letter is prefaced with בשמ׳ רחמ׳, followed by three biblical verses, before a laudatory Hebrew opening section.
