Letter to Ṭoviyya he-Ḥaver ha-Kohen b. ʿEli from Nathan ha-Kohen b. Solomon, mentioning the eye disease of the Ṭoviyya’s brother Ḥayya. Ḥayya’s letter was brought by Joseph al-Siqillī (the Sicilian). Nathan mentions prescriptions from oculists that the writer sent him with Abū al-Maʿālī Ibn al-Minqār. The writer had also received the addressee’s letter to Meʾir he-Ḥaver, who went to Damietta together with Faḍā’il Ibn al-Ṣarīr while Ibn Muwwās Joseph arranged his return to Palestine. Also mentions the name Abū l-Ḥasan.
