<p style='text-align: justify;'>Letter from Mevoraḵ b. Nathan he-Ḥaver (active 1150-81 CE). The name of the addressee is not preserved, but the letter mentions ‘his brother, the honoured Sar’ in the opening blessings, Solomon the doctor ha-Sar, Yešuʿa, and the city of Dammūh in Egypt. Mevoraḵ concludes the letter by blessing his correspondent with יזכה לראות פני צור ישראל בחג המצות בירושלים and signs off with the ʿalāma יושם פדותו (‘may he be furnished with his ransom’). </p>
