<p style='text-align: justify;'>Letter signed by a number of people, including: Isaac ha-Levi b. [...], Mevasser b. Solomon, Isaac b. Yešuʿa, and Zechariah h[...]. It is written on behalf of the poor, who have no livelihood. Refers to the arrival of the ‘chief’ or ‘ruler’ (קצין) (possibly in Ramla, but unclear). Marginal text mentions someone known as Ibn Rūšīr. 11th century. </p>
