Dated Tuesday, 22nd Tammuz 4910 (= 1150 CE) in No Amon 'which is on the shore of the Great Sea' (Alexandria). Witnessed by Isaac b. Joseph and Surūr b. Abraham. Verso: confirmation of receipt, witnessed by Isaac b. Joseph and Surūr b. Abraham. </p>
