<p style='text-align: justify;'>Recto: letter of complaint to Abraham Maimonides by the administrator of the Quppa (the bread basket of the community) in Alexandria who was threatened with death when he retained quantities of wheat in order to meet emergencies in a time of scarcity. Mentions the judges Samuel and Isaac, Abū l-Surūr b. Abū l-Ḥusayn al-Simsār (the broker), Abū Zikrī, Yešuʿa ha-Kohen, and Abraham b. Ṭahor. Verso: note conveying festival greetings, citing Isaiah 56:7. </p>
