<p style='text-align: justify;'>Letter from Manṣūr (probably Manṣūr b. Sālim) in Alexandria to (his stepbrother) Abū l-Faraj al-Iskandarānī (i.e. Elijah the judge), sent to the quarter al-Maṣṣāṣa in Fusṭāṭ. Mentions the writer’s son, called after the writer’s deceased brother Mūsā, Yešuʿa, and the addressee’s teacher ‘the student’ Joseph. On verso is a postscript in a different hand and ink with a note from Zayn al-Dīn, mentioning Abū l-ʿAlā and Abū l-Ḥasan al-Maḡribī. </p>
