Letter (T-S 10J30.5)

Fragment from the beginning of a circular letter, possibly from the yešiva of Babylon, ‘to all the congregations of Israel that are in the Land of Israel and in the land of Egypt’, concerning the persecution and hardships experienced by the yešiva, with allusions to Micah 5:4 and Psalms 64:3.
