Dated Friday, 13th Elul 1345 (= 1034 CE), in Fusṭāṭ, and mentioning Ephraim b. Benaya and Mubārak (known as the son of the diviner). Witnessed by Elʿazar b. Samuel and Solomon b. Jacob. Verso: pen trials. </p>
