Places listed include Safed, the city Biriyya which is next to the city Safed, the city ʿAyn al-Zaytun which is next to the city Safed, the city ʿAlma, the city al-ʿAlawiya which is next to Guš Halav, and the city al-Guš (Halav). The officials listed include Saʿadya b. Obadiah, David b. Mešullam, Pinḥas b. Mešullam, Jacob ha-Kohen b. Obadiah ha-Kohen, Saʿadya b. David, Abraham b. Saʿadya, Elʿazar b.
