Ṣedaqa ha-Levi, Abraham b. Nathan Av Be[t Din], Abraham b. [...], Isaac b. [...], and Ahuv b. [...]. Date and location not preserved but the witnesses are known personalities from 11th-century Fusṭāṭ.</p>
