<p style='text-align: justify;'>Fragment from a large letter of introduction from the people of Granada ‘the city of our master Samuel ha-Nagid and his son Joseph’, signed by [Sam]uel b. Isaac, Isaac b. Joseph, and Samuel b. Judah. The letter is undated, but the difficulties in Spain may be from the period following the assassination of Joseph b. Naghrela in 1066 CE. Biblical quotes are marked with supralinear dots (Isaiah 27:13; 1 Samuel 12:22).</p>
