<p style='text-align: justify;'>Letter from Isaac b. Benveniste (possibly from Narbonne, France) to Joshua b. Dosa, asking him for letters of recommendation to the authorities in order to be able to continue travelling. Mentions Sultan Malaḵ he-Ḥesed al-Afḍal, as well as the cities of Dimyāṭ (Damietta, where the letter was written), Tripoli, Jablaʾ, and the land of Ishmael and the land of Edom (perhaps Turkey and Byzantium) to which Isaac may travel.
