Recto: scroll of the Palestinian Targum to Exodus 20:21–21:8; 21:13–23:3. It is one of the earliest manuscripts of its type (8th century CE or perhaps earlier). The text has been partially vocalised, first with Palestinian vowels, and then some Tiberian vocalisation. The full tetragrammaton is used for the divine name, and יה and יו are used to mark the 15th and 16th sedarim in the Palestinian Triennial Cycle. Verso: lectionary of hafṭarot.
