Yešuʿa acknowledges that he has received, on behalf of both himself and his brother Isaac, the estate of his father from Yefet ha-Levi b. Ṭoviyya the Babylonian. Witnessed by Yefet the cantor b. David, ʿEli b. Yefet, Solomon b. Ḥakīm, and Ṣedaqa b. Yaḥyā. Validated by ʿEli ha-Kohen b. Yefet, Solomon b. Ḥakīm, Ṣedaqa b. Yaḥyā, Ephraim b. Šemarya, Zechariah b. Joseph, and Benjamin b. Jacob. Dated Thursday, 26th Kislev 1338 (= 1026 CE), in Fusṭāṭ. </p>
